The hotel’s location is nice and everything is nearby. Just two minutes from the main road you can cross the street to the biggest bank’s center to change money. Staying here lets you easily go to Masaya and Granada on the main road. The owner’s little son is always ready to help. The owner is a very good woman who looks strict. Every corner of the hotel shows effort and care. It’s important to appreciate and support people who love their work and do it well. The hotel is inside a botanical garden. The room had a spacious comfortable bed. The shower pressure could be better. The toilet needs repair sometimes because the water doesn’t flow. I recommend fixing the internet so it works smoothly.

I had two rooms booked but when I arrived there was no room. They didn’t keep our room. The management was very bad.

The location was decent and the manager was awesome! No “Do not disturb” signs or full‑body mirrors.
