The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The running noises over our room were clearly audible, and the air conditioner was quite loud.

“Loved it and perfect to get to hiking spots. Like being away from the congestion of uptown Sedona!”

We were thrilled with the room’s redesign, especially the vintage kitchen sink and stainless steel counter, and the layout was a lot of fun, perfectly matching the topo map wallpaper. However, the pillows were far too firm; we needed at least two fluffy ones in addition to the two overstuffed ones.

“Had a great stay, if the mattress would be replaced - would return”

The rooms were very spacious, feeling freshly renovated, and the staff were friendly. The “breakfast included” label turned out to be only a $15 credit at the Den restaurant, which didn’t provide a satisfying breakfast. The mattresses were uncomfortable, the beds squeaked, and we could hear people in the room above us walking around.
