I stayed at this rustic country inn with a truly kind host, and the dinner and breakfast were both homemade and tasty. It’s a perfect base for cycling on the Mulderadweg, mountain biking, or hiking, and getting there from Holzhau station is easy. Everything was simple, clean, and good—nothing to complain about.

This place has everything you need to feel completely comfortable. The staff, the cleanliness, and the Ore Mountain cuisine all surprised us, and the fair price is worth mentioning. We were pampered from start to finish for three days, especially with food. If you’re in Holzhau, we’ll definitely return.

A wonderful place with a host who is so warm, attentive, and meticulous about every detail of her work. We felt extremely comfortable and will definitely come back! There is nothing to complain about.
