I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience. Someone was able to gain access to my room without my authorization, resulting in the theft of money and other personal belongings. This incident raises serious concerns about the adequacy of the security measures in place and the protection of guests and their property. I consider this a serious failure in room security and expect the management to take the matter seriously, investigate the incident, and provide an explanation. Guests should be able to expect a reasonable level of security and privacy during their stay. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this establishment. I strongly urge management to address these security concerns and take appropriate measures to prevent similar incidents from happening to other guests.

The price‑to‑value ratio was good, and I would have liked the location to be better. The rooms feel a bit neglected and the breakfast lacks variety.

“Perfecta”

The food and the rooms were great. I liked everything.

The staff were attentive. I was charged extra for paying by card, and when I booked through the booking app the total included fees and taxes, but at the hotel I was told that the amount was only for cash payments, so the card cost was higher, which I don’t understand for a tourist place. Also the façade photo was different; I walked several blocks because the reservation name on the email was different from the physical sign, and the location I received later was not what I expected. Overall the hotel isn’t bad for the price, but the terms aren’t explained clearly before booking.
