The spot is spot-on—central, walkable, and true ski‑in/ski‑out, which really matters. Housekeeping was flawless, and the ski room crew were professional, attentive, and genuinely warm. The shuttle, however, was a let‑down; we were told it would pick us up from Chalet de Pierre, but it never showed. While we waited, other five‑star hotels ran smoothly, but ours didn’t. When the driver finally arrived, loud music and an unprofessional vibe ruined the experience. The food was also disappointing—a Margherita pizza on the first night was undercooked, had poor ingredients, and was far below what a hotel of this class should serve.

“I would not recommend this hotel. It does not live up to its 5-star rating and is not worth the price.”

The only good aspects were the location near the ski slope and the availability of a shuttle service around the city. Very disappointing experience for a so-called 5-star hotel. The spa closes too early, and there is no gym, which is unacceptable. We were incorrectly charged for food we never ordered, and the bill had to be corrected three times. Breakfast was repetitive with no variety, frozen fruits instead of fresh, and no live cooking station even for eggs. The hotel feels old, rooms are extremely small, and the overall service was not welcoming. Even our personal trainer was not allowed to wait in the lobby, which was unprofessional

“We liked the hotel very much”

The spot is perfect, the buffet breakfast hits the spot, but the rooms feel old and cramped. The concierge was amazing, the newly refurbished lounge looked great, and the ski room staff did a solid job. I’d definitely recommend it, though the rooms could use an upgrade.
