The room was spotless and the spot is perfect if you’re just flying in from Congonhas. The facial‑recognition door lock didn’t work right away, and checking in at night felt a little risky. I also had to borrow batteries from the TV remote for the AC, and the thermostat stuck at 24 °C with no way to lower it; on top of that the toilet lid was broken.

The accommodations were top‑notch and the staff were fantastic. I ran into a glitch with the facial‑recognition entry, but the team sorted it out quickly—though a smoother, faster process would be nice.
