Yala Golden Wild

The staff prepared a lovely sack‑breakfast for us because we had an early start to visit the nature reserve, but the location was too remote to walk around safely – traffic, dark streets, no pedestrian walkways, and little of interest to walk to.

“Lovely place to stay whilst exploring Yala and Bundala”

The staff were friendly and very helpful, arranging all our tours, and they woke up early to hand us breakfast boxes for the safari; the pool area was lovely. Just remember that if you want your room cleaned you have to ask.

The welcome was warm, the pool was nice, and it wasn’t far from the safari departure point.

“Nice hotel”

The hotel was nice with very friendly owners; the rooms were large and very clean. After our safari to Yala National Park, the swimming pool was great, and the owner had organized it for us.

“Perfect accomodation for vistiting Yala Park Block 1. The host arranged a local guide”

The room was large, the beds were good, the modern bathroom was nice, and the swimming pool was big with fine sunbeds. The hosts were very friendly, and the guide they arranged to visit Yala Park was also friendly and eager to let us see a leopard, bear, and more. The place looks a little bit old fashioned because of the fridge, curtains, and bed textile, but it was clean!
