The hotel is very well situated, just 20 m to the right of a buffet that is well stocked for less than 200 bht. The Pattaya central is directly across the road that leads to the hotel, and crossing it gives easy access to the sea. I liked the large garden and the rustic feel reminiscent of Thailand 20 or 30 years ago, yet it has air‑conditioning, a fridge, and everything else that matters. The tables overlooking the garden, the birds, the beautiful trees, and the calm in the heart of Pattaya were incredible! Only thing to remember is to bring mosquito repellent for the outside.
The location is good, but the rooms are very dusty outside.
The location was perfect, right in the center on a quiet street, and the common apartment area was lovely. The rooms were spacious, free of prostitution, and peaceful. The shower was a problem: our tap broke, the hose was too short, and the electric water heater looked like a tiny Temu drone. They only gave us a small bar of soap, but that was a minor issue. The shower was almost unusable, yet I would stay again.
