“És una ratonera”
The mattress collapsed; the cotton test failed, the shower was dirty, and the shower screen wasn’t cleaned on time. The bed frame was broken, and they blamed us for breaking it as soon as we entered the room. It was supposed to include lunch, but there was only milk, juice, coffee pods, and biscuits. We called for the issues and they said they couldn’t come because they were on a procession; they didn’t even show up. We had to put the mattress on the floor because the bed base was broken, and the other bed collapsed. This place should be closed. They overcharged us 72€ per night under these conditions—pure robbery. I don’t recommend it to anyone.
