The photo on the listing was misleading, the staff were irresponsible with pathetic replies, no one was at reception at night, the room phones didn’t work, the bathroom jets were clogged, the taps wouldn’t shut off, there were no security guards, and it felt like a local lodge with rooms better than the local standard.

The bed was comfortable, but the other room facilities were lacking.
