The spot’s location is solid, the bed was comfy and tidy, other guests kept it quiet, and the hostess was friendly and helpful. The property needs a few updates, the showers don’t function properly, and one boiler is too small for all the rooms.

Everything was pretty decent, the price‑to‑quality ratio matched expectations, and the center isn’t far; the bus stop to the beach is also close.

I couldn’t get there at all, and after 16 47 they stopped answering, leaving me in the street and ending up in intensive care because of the lack of empathy. I told them I had a disability that put me at risk, but they didn’t care.

The accommodation was quiet in Palermo, the staff were welcoming and accommodating, and the bedding was comfortable.
