The shower was leaking. The futon had a lot of dust. The water area had red mold. The shower curtain was also dirty with mold.

We arrived with a two‑year‑old baby and the room smelled like cigarette smoke, even though the website advertised a non‑smoking room. The odor was so strong that it permeated the pillows and bedding, making it impossible to stay. We left immediately, and the hotel refused to refund us. This is the worst hotel we’ve ever been to and the most clueless staff we’ve encountered on a trip.
