The only good thing was the central location; everything else was terrible. We didn't like the room because it faced the street. We asked for a change but were denied even though the hotel was empty. The receptionist was very rude and told us it was impossible. We left, were charged in advance, and got no refund, plus the tourist tax was applied even though one of us was a resident—unprofessional. We advise against staying here; Brescia has many better options.

The location was superb—just a ten‑minute walk from the station and only steps away from the city’s main squares, with supermarkets nearby. Breakfast was very good and varied. The area felt quiet and the staff were courteous and friendly, though the bathroom was cramped and the room a bit small.

We were forced to find another place that same morning after receiving a message—only in Italian, which was fine— from Albergo da Svolta saying there were problems preventing us from staying.
