A lovely spot next to the Jerusalem restaurant, quick check‑in and check‑out, very friendly staff, excellent cleanliness, spacious rooms, great room service, and a nice breakfast—though the variety was limited. The Al‑Hawa coffee shop serves delicious meals and drinks. Nothing I didn’t like.

The place was spotless and cozy, and the staff were fantastic; I’d definitely return again and again. Everything you need is right around the corner, which makes it super convenient.

“I expected more from your hotel ,”

The location was great. During our stay, hot water was missing twice; we reported it but the staff never fixed it. The breakfast was also terrible.

“Good”

The hotel is a nice spot with a nice room. The food could be improved; I tried room service at night and breakfast, and it wasn’t the best. I think more options would make it better.
