The staff were friendly and I was in touch with them before arrival; luggage storage was available on site, and the hotel is close to a restaurant, a shopping centre, and the airport. The room was nice. However, the room lacked proper soundproofing—airplane noise woke me at night, and the neighboring rooms produced loud door slams, conversations, and laughter around 4 am, so we slept poorly.

“Perfect for a tight budget or sleep-over”

The room matched the advertised photos, though the size seemed understated; it was quiet and peaceful in a safe neighbourhood near DR EG Jansen school. The place was very clean, and the bathroom and shower were spotless—10/10 for that. On the downside, the bed needed a new mattress, the blankets were worn, there was no air conditioning, and a rack above the sink obstructed its use. The second room was cramped; I had to unplug the microwave to use the kettle, and only powdered milk was offered. Other than that, everything was fine.
