Queen Sea Resort - Đảo Phú Quý

The view and location were good, and the room was fairly comfortable. However, the way we were treated upon arrival was disgraceful.

“không bao giờ đặt trên booking nữa, quá tệ”

They upgraded my cheap room without prior notice, quietly charging me extra; I only found out when I had to check again.

The room was large, the beds were comfortable, and the sea view was great, giving a very good overall vibe. More shade and more comfortable chairs on the large common terrace would improve things.

“超级棒！”

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at this exceptional hotel on the island, which boasts a stunning appearance and a spacious event area that's incredibly comfortable. The rooms are immaculately clean and cozy, matching the hotel's photos perfectly. Its location on the island's southwest side offers a unique advantage, as it shields guests from the strong winds that can occur during the windy season.

I recently stayed at a hotel that left a lasting impression, albeit not for the right reasons. While the hotel's location and staff were pleasant, the room's strong odor was a major issue that overshadowed the rest of my experience. The smell was overpowering and made it difficult for me to fully enjoy my stay. Unfortunately, the hotel's efforts to address the issue were not enough to rectify the situation.
