Breakfasts at the hotel are excellent, and the room is generally comfortable. Everything’s there: a hair dryer, a iron with a board, and more.

Convenient, spacious, and clean. Breakfasts weren’t refreshed quickly enough; dishes were taken apart too fast.

We were bumped up to an apartment because of overbooking, which was fine since it was bigger, had a kitchen, and a washing machine. The staff were super friendly and always ensured we were satisfied. We asked several times for cleaning at a specific window, and they always managed it, even though they warned it might not be on time. Breakfast is great, varied, and tasty, with food that feels healthy and well‑made. The soundproofing is excellent; we never heard neighbors. The only downside: the apartment’s white floor could use a touch more cleaning, and the AC heating was inconsistent—sometimes great, sometimes not. The area is safe, but the surroundings can look a bit rough. Getting to the center and tourist spots takes 10‑15 minutes on foot, but you have to pass through some narrow street markets. If you leave your window open, you can sometimes hear people chatting in the yard.

The hotel sits close to Tbilisi’s old town, and the breakfast was tasty. They changed the towels and made the bed every day, and a fresh bottle of water appeared in the fridge daily. The parking is tight with a very narrow entrance, but it’s essential in this spot. The only downside was the stains on the carpet.
