“Relaxing stay with a great safari.”

I spent one night here before a safari in the national park. The location was very relaxing, especially the bird watching from the hammock outside my treehouse. Nothing was wrong – it was great.

We were greeted warmly the moment we walked in, with genuine smiles from all the staff. Everyone was polite, kind, and attentive, making us feel comfortable and valued right from the start. The hospitality was excellent and the first impression wonderful. The only slight drawback was a few bugs, which is understandable in a tropical setting and beyond the staff’s control. Otherwise everything was wonderful, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality and kindness of the team.

We stayed for two nights and felt comfortable from the start. All staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and attentive. We especially appreciated how lovingly the children were treated – every wish was fulfilled, making the stay personal and family‑friendly. The family room was spacious, the beds were large and comfortable, and everything was very clean. We felt right at home. We’re very satisfied and definitely recommend this place. A friendly suggestion: for families, a child’s chair in the restaurant would be nice. Also, it would help if the railing on the staircase to the upper rooms could be a bit more open, as it felt quite cramped during our stay, making it easier to go up. Thanks for a lovely and warm experience – we’ll return!

“I am extremely concerned about the conduct of the manager at this property. During our stay, the manager came to my dau”

I am extremely concerned about the conduct of the manager at this property. During our stay, the manager came to my daughter’s room and knocked on her door in the middle of the night. I consider this behavior completely inappropriate and unacceptable, particularly because it involved a female guest and occurred at such a late hour. I have a photograph of the manager, and with the assistance of the hotel staff, I was able to obtain his name. I will be providing this information and the photograph to as part of my complaint. I am also deeply concerned about information that has been brought to my attention regarding an allegation of sexual assault involving this individual. I am not presenting this allegation as a proven fact, but I believe it is serious enough that and the relevant Sri Lankan authorities should be made aware of it and investigate appropriately. I strongly recommend that investigate this matter and review whether this property is being managed in accordance with appropriate guest-safety standards. Future guests should be made aware of my experience and encouraged to exercise caution until this matter has been properly investigated. I have supporting information, including a photograph and the manager’s name, and I am prepared to provide these to and, if appropriate, the relevant Sri Lankan authorities. I expect to take this complaint seriously, investigate the circumstances, and take appropriate action to protect future guests. “Wonderful stay. I will be back soon.”

The staff were great and friendly, and Pathum was fantastic. The food was delicious, so I’ll be back soon. Clean and artistic.
