I had a reservation, but when I arrived at 7 pm they claimed the room was already booked and there was no room available. This was wrong, especially since I had a confirmed booking; who else would I give the room to? The benefit of this situation is unclear.

The restaurants and food were fantastic, but the room was a little small and it would have been great if there had been a small tea or coffee section.

I didn’t stay there; they didn’t accept the prices and asked us to pay a hefty amount, which was unreasonable.

The staff is not well trained and doesn’t even listen to guests. I was extremely disappointed and would not recommend this place.
