The peaceful location was fantastic, but there were power outages because of the extreme weather; the staff did their best to arrange things.

“Overall good experience”

The reservoir front and breakfast were good, but the washroom and toiletries were lacking.

View and secure area due to army. Poor Management Lack of room service like dinner , lunch not available Breakfast complementary but if you order extra one 2 things it will costs upto thousand means too much expensive

I was quite underwhelmed by my stay here - the lighting was poor and the place lacked any real aesthetic appeal. However, I would recommend checking out Mabali instead.

“Disappointing Experience and Lack of Basic Facilities”

I had a mixed experience at this resort. On the plus side, the main entrance security was top-notch and I found the location to be convenient, with plenty of activities nearby. Mr. Mansoor was also very cooperative when I communicated with him over the phone. However, I was disappointed with the lack of security in the rooms - our room didn't even have a key to lock it, which made it difficult to leave our belongings unattended.
