The location was great—just 5 minutes to the old town—our room was spacious with a nice view, and the staff were kind and helpful; parking was nearby at East Moat. However, we had no hot water for 2–3 days, which made showering impossible and threw off many of our plans.

Buona posizione. Camera spaziosa, letto comodo, bagno molto grande. Il frigo è davvero piccolo, la zanzariera rotta, cuscino alti 10 centimetri gonfissimi, pozzetto in bagno aperto, porta del bagno che si apre da sola se non chiusa con maniglia. Avevamo dei capelli per terra in stanza non nostri… inoltre l’acqua calda dopo le 23:00 non funzionava e nessuno ce lo ha comunicato, lo abbiamo scoperto da solo dovendo fare una doccia gelata al nostro rientro. Quando segnalato la prima volta che ci è capitato non abbiamo ricevuto risposta e poi ci è ricapitato il giorno segue te per cui deve essere una cosa pre impostata ma che non ci è stata comunicata

The room was clean, the staff were courteous and helpful, and they sent us many links to attractions, beaches, restaurants, and free parking spots without us asking.

The place is spot on and I loved the patio with outdoor seating. Everything else was just fine.
