Very bad – I’m disappointed – I didn’t receive an invoice from the landlord, he is really unprofessional.

The bed was cozy, but the room, bathroom, and kitchen were extremely dirty. Only a small towel—probably not washed—was provided. Checking in was a nightmare: the number was unreachable, there was no signage and the house number was wrong, and the code for the key box was incorrect.

“viel Geld für nix!”

There was a booking error that showed “room no longer available,” yet the money was still charged. The host showed no interest in refunding the cost for the misunderstanding. The booking was made late at night for the same day, and I suspect no one else would have shown up, so I didn’t deprive the host of a potential guest. For the host, it was a “win‑win‑win” situation without a single finger being moved.

The room itself was very good, clean, and comfortable, but the shared bathroom was in terrible condition. Even though the facilities were new, it was messy and filthy, the toilet was used and covered in everything they had done there, water was everywhere, and there were hair strands. Paying 75 euros didn’t feel right; we’ve paid 35 in different parts of Germany for spotless places.

You can access the room using keys found in the mailbox near the front door. On the floor there’s a medium‑sized kitchen with all the essentials for cooking, a nice and clean shower with a toilet, and a washing machine that is VERY quiet (you can wash even at night). For the price, it’s a genuinely decent option. I guarantee it 100%! The only downside is the insufficient sound insulation.
