“First Stay Here & I’d Stay Again”

Breakfast was a highlight, especially the on‑site pancake maker, and the spread included sausage, gravy, biscuits, and a wide variety of other dishes; everything else was fine. The only downside was that the water in our room seemed to be running constantly.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable, but the proximity to the airport meant we heard some plane noise.

I want to commend Robert Nelson, who managed the kitchen and breakfast service among other duties; the food was beautifully prepared, the tables stayed spotless, and he was always attentive to guests’ needs, making him a valuable member of the Holiday Inn Express team—please pass this praise along to him.

“Disappoinment”

The hotel’s closeness to the airport and the free shuttle were convenient, yet the property was rundown, the bathroom floor had gum, and hallways were littered with trash.

The staff were very friendly and helpful upon arrival, offering a great dining recommendation; the room was clean and comfortable, and the location near the airport was exactly what we wanted. No complaints.
