I slept in a comfy bed and the staff were supportive; food was delivered to my room from the closest restaurant. We did a short trek up the hill 'Akkayamma betta' and the full moon view from there was stunning. However, the hotel only gave us one towel even though we booked a room for two, and I noticed that happening several times.

The room was good, but nobody helped me carry my luggage to Room 104, and the staff spoke to me rudely.

The train station is close to the airport, which is convenient. The room was too small for the price; nearby Ibis hotels offer larger rooms for a similar cost.
