The hotel was spotlessly clean and offered exceptional comfort; the staff were always on hand and solved every request, and the bus stop was just a stone's throw away. Everything was flawless.

The place felt welcoming and was well connected to the yellow line, though there were no buses to the city center. The room I got had no view, just a three‑metre wall right in front of the window.

The location was good and the staff were friendly, but they only spoke Korean. The rooms were poorly equipped, lacking a wardrobe and a shower divider, and the breakfast area was tiny with only a sluggish coffee machine.

We had a spacious room with a bathroom and a pool. A hair dryer in the room was handy during the rainy season. Breakfast offered limited choices but was enough for a good start, and free water in the lobby was a nice touch. The staff were friendly, though their English was weak.

The room is huge and packed with amenities, ready for anything you might forget; it includes a clothes dryer and work tables, making it very comfortable. Breakfast is modest but practical and sufficient, and the staff are very helpful and attentive.
