Since August I’ve been staying at this hotel regularly, and the air‑conditioning has been unreliable in both summer and winter. Today, 19.10., with only 13 °C outside, the unit is still off, so we’re forced to sleep in a cold room again. The staff are overwhelmed, the team leader is unreachable, and no solution is offered. Absolutely disappointing and unacceptable!

The air‑conditioning didn’t work properly: despite cold outside temperatures it only blew cold air even when set to 28 °C, apparently never switching to heating mode – urgent action is needed.

“Ob die anhaltenden Klimaprobleme dem Management bekannt sind oder bewusst in Kauf genommen werden, bleibt unklar,”

Unfortunately the central heating is turned off, and the staff aren’t even aware of it. Even though the employees can activate the heating in individual rooms, it stays out of service because of the overarching central control.

The worst thing a hotel guest can experience is that even a reasonable room temperature isn’t guaranteed, so you can’t sleep or feel comfortable.
