No breakfast. Too little tableware, no cups, plates in the common room. Windows didn’t close, neighbors were very loud, they took over the whole common room and you couldn’t use it, no cups, plates.
The location is great, close to both historic sites and public transport. It would have been nice to have a kitchen area with a fridge.
We had a room with a bathroom, which was a plus. Unfortunately, the beds were so uncomfortable that it was hard to sleep. The beds should be replaced and the floors cleaned.

I liked the spot and the bathroom. The room had a strong tobacco smell.

The station was nearby and they answered requests quickly. The shower mat was missing, no bidet towel, a window in one room wouldn't close so I had to lower the entire shade, there was no TV and no mosquito net. Honestly, for what I paid I expected more.
