I stayed in a place just a stone’s throw from the castle and the bath entrance, and the host, who knows a little Romanian, was friendly. Parking spots were available in the courtyard, and if you pick an apartment in the back building you’ll find it really quiet. The balcony comes with a laundry rack, and the mattress is semi‑firm to firm with medium pillows; there’s also a hairdryer and a toaster. The only thing I’d add is toiletries like shower gel and shampoo, plus basic cooking items such as oil and salt.
