The hotel offers a hot spring bath, public bath, free WiFi, and on-site parking, as well as a buffet breakfast and nearby access to Kirishima Jingu Shrine and Ebino Plateau.

The breakfast was overcrowded and the staff couldn’t manage it, so there was almost nothing to eat. The staff should have known how many guests to expect the day before and handled it more efficiently—for example, asking for preferred breakfast times at check‑in, limiting the breakfast window, and allocating a base time for each guest. There were plenty of ways to improve, and I’d appreciate more thoughtfulness.

The price was good and matched the travel plan perfectly, but sometimes the front desk was empty.

The place was spotless and super comfy, and the front desk staff were the best I've seen—when we accidentally booked a smoking room, they switched us to a non‑smoking one right away and were always ready to help with a smile. It's the best team I've encountered in a Japanese hotel, though the rooms feel a bit small for fully opening suitcases, which I understand for a business hotel.

The breakfast was tasty and the onsen bath let us relax for a long time. I was disappointed to find the night restaurant only open on weekdays, contrary to what I expected.
