Only a bit of cleaning on arrival and the terraces. They claim to be a B&B but it’s a room rental. The beds aren’t refilled, breakfast is at the bar over a kilometre away, heating is intermittent, you have to go down the corridor to turn on the room light, and the Milan room has an outdoor bathroom.

The place was clean and comfortable, fully equipped with all the comforts you’d expect.

I spent four days there with my son while he was recovering from surgery at Humanitas; I felt at home and well taken care of, as if the house were my own. The simple, understated elegance of the house—using the kitchen, dining room, and nice lounge—helped him recover quickly. The owner is exceptionally helpful, always present and attentive to everyone’s needs, ready to lend a hand whenever needed.
