The hotel was nice, clean and convenient, but the bed felt uncomfortable and caused back pain.

This was my third visit and I still slept comfortably despite my lumbar condition that usually bothers me in hotels. My reservation was issued through BOOKING for 20–25 September, but at the end of the process I realized it was actually for 20–24 September. I tried to fix the issue without success, so I had to contact the Marriots to get an extra day at a different rate, which shocked me.

“Nice place, slow staff”

The room was spacious and nice. The staff were very slow, and we encountered many problems because of that, such as nearly an hour waiting to check in.

“Moderate”

I was impressed by how clean everything was, but the staff and facilities left a lot to be desired; my key card kept failing, and the staff shrugged it off without offering an apology. I had to climb to the 5th floor and return to reception repeatedly to get a new card.
