The room was dirty and smelled bad, and it was way over priced.

The location was the best thing, a very quiet spot, and pets can walk in a good area. The hotel is a very old, half‑updated place with most occupants being construction workers, the breakfast was minimal, and the room price was good for the area but overall way overpriced.
