Walking into the room, I noticed fingerprints on the headboard and long black hairs on the shower walls, which was quite unpleasant.

The location was good and the pool area was nice, but the mattresses were uncomfortable and there was a lot of noise coming from the hallway.

The front desk employee delivered outstanding customer service, being very kind and pleasant, yet the door from the parking lot into the hotel wouldn't unlock with our room keys; the front desk person was there immediately to let us in.
