The location was solid and the staff were nice, but the room wasn’t very clean—the sheets on one bed had mold spores and the kitchenette area could have been tidier.

I never actually stayed there. I was already uneasy at check‑in because of the lobby’s condition and smell, so I grabbed the key and went to the room, but the odor was so bad I almost threw up. When I opened the door I saw the filth and an even worse stench, so I headed straight up the stairs and left. I felt deceived by the name change; if I’d known it used to be a Motel 6 I would never have booked. It was exactly what I’d expect from that brand.
