Everything was really good except the coffee machine at breakfast; too many people for the number of machines meant a long line to serve yourself.

A fantastic hotel on the EPFL campus close to the lake, with a modern, spacious, tidy and clean room and a great breakfast; nothing to complain about.

The cleanliness was fine, but we booked a double bed room and received two single beds; the staff were unpleasant and refused to change our room.
