The location was convenient. The hotel could use more elevators.

The lobby is beautifully decorated, the rooftop pool is a highlight, and the kids’ play area is great. However, the walls in the room were a bit dirty, there was a mild unpleasant smell, and the décor in both the room and the corridors feels a little dated; it seems the hotel’s renovation isn’t finished yet.

The rooms are clean and the beds are good, and the staff were helpful with baggage delivery.

The location was fine. The room was a smoking room with a strong smoke odor in both the room and corridor. There was no air ventilation, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was broken, the window couldn’t open, and the curtain had a large hole in the middle.
