The place was spotless and the staff were very welcoming.

The room was clean, the facilities were great and the food was delicious, but the welcome was not good; no one helped us with our luggage. We asked the reception for help and they said there was no support staff available. This is the first time I’ve encountered such a problem, especially at a 5‑star hotel.

The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable, but the location is a bit off; most tourist attractions are far away, only the red and white beach is nearby.
