I liked everything absolutely. The hotel is very conveniently located – within walking distance are many historic sights (Tokap Palace, St. Sophia Cathedral, Blue Mosque, Gülhane Park), there are nearby public transport stops from which you can reach other parts of Istanbul. The hotel staff are very polite and attentive to all guests, quickly resolve any issues, and speak good Russian. The hotel administration gave me a free upgrade to a Deluxe room. The room is very spacious, with comfortable mattresses and pillows, and the bed linen is of perfect cleanliness. The room cleaning is good. The breakfasts are good for any taste. I’m glad I stayed at this hotel.

“A very pleasant stay with friendly staff, delicious breakfast and great hospitality. We would be happy to stay here agai”

The staff were very friendly, kind and helpful, especially toward our family and children, and they even assisted with our luggage when we left. The breakfast was delicious, but the rooms felt a bit small, particularly for families with kids. Overall everything else was good and the staff remained very helpful.

We stayed here in August 2026 and first want to highlight the wonderful staff, who were very friendly and always ready to help. We booked a stay that included breakfast: the food was very tasty and we were completely satisfied. The room was good, bright, and had no issues. Many have mentioned the location, and it really is great—everything is nearby, including the metro, making it easy to travel to other areas. I was especially touched by the birthday congratulations 🥹💕, it was unexpected and very pleasant! Thank you so much 🙌 I will definitely return!

We liked the breakfast and especially appreciated the staff—top class. From there they gave tips on attractions and concrete help on how I got there from the reception lady. The men were always friendly, especially the one who received us and gave us information. The Night Port gave me cold water after a long day and before bed. Besides the nice room and good AC, I have no hesitation in booking again at the same hotel next time in Istanbul. Greetings from Johan in Sweden. Stay 26/7 - 30/7 2026. The shower had a stronger stream.

We left only with the most pleasant impressions of staying at Evsen. Everything was liked: from the warm welcome on arrival day to the attentive staff throughout the stay. The hotel is cozy, clean and wonderfully located—many of Istanbul’s main sights are within walking distance. I especially want to note the breakfasts: very tasty, fresh and filling, with a good selection of dishes. I especially want to highlight Mehmed Ali, Ayten and Araz, and all the staff who helped us throughout the stay. Thank you for your hospitality, care and high level of service! We will gladly stay here again and recommend this hotel to friends and acquaintances.
