The staff, reception, cleaners, location, and quiet were all very friendly and helpful, yet the facilities had problems: the shower water was very cold, the telephone didn’t work, and the air‑conditioning was not functioning well.
Everything was great; I really liked the comfortable, convenient, clean rooms—no words needed, 5 stars, thank you for everything ❤️

Staying at Orange Hotel Şişli was a blast; the room was spotless and cozy, with all the essentials on hand. Housekeeping kept the space immaculate daily, and the staff were warm, approachable, and ready to help whenever I asked. The spot is super handy, with shops, eateries, and public transit just a stroll away. For the price, it feels like a steal, and I’d definitely book again if I return to Istanbul.
The place was bad. My room had no air‑conditioning, there were maintenance workers, and when I tried to get a refund the Indian receptionist was racist toward Arabs and refused to help; she also denied me an extra half‑hour to pack my suitcase and was angry.
