The spot and the self‑check‑in are nice, and having a café inside the building is a great bonus. It’s still an old building that could use a bit of love, but the bedding and mattress are ultra‑comfortable and clean.

The room was nice, the location is great, and the price is good, but the heating was insufficient.

The location is good. There’s no outlet near the bed and the bedside lamps aren’t plugged in.

The room was clean. The self‑check‑in experience was bad. We arrived late by car, were guided by email and phone on how to get in and enter the codes, but our key wasn’t in the locker as instructed. I called the concierge, he was a bit rude, but he came and everything got sorted.

I was late for dinner, so I was fine with the simple self‑check‑in, but people had already entered the room I’d booked. It took about an hour to sort everything out. The room wasn’t very clean because the receptionist wanted to finish quickly. There were no top sheets, so I had to use extra towels as a cover. How two strangers got into the room before me remains a mystery.
