Everything was good, and the reception staff were helpful. The checkout time was about 11 am, but the cleaning crew started knocking on doors from 9:30 am, which was disturbing, and they asked for a tip, which I found unacceptable.

The location is good, but the rooms were dirty and untidy, the staff were unclean and seemed to be drinking.

I never got any notice when my booking got cancelled, which was the worst experience I've had through the website.

The location was fine and the room was spacious, but the sheets were discoloured, no geyser worked so they handed us a heater, we asked for an extra bucket and never received it, and the taps didn't pour water at all—surely the Google reviews are paid.
