“Exceptionnel”

Everything was flawless: the staff showed remarkable kindness, the lake was right nearby, there was free parking in front, an onsen, and a view of Mount Fuji! Highly recommend.

“ロケーションをお金で買った。”

The view from the room lived up to my expectations, and the hosts were warm and friendly. The only downside was that the lake is a long walk away.

“気軽に泊まれるお宿です。”

We were a group of six men sharing one room, which gave us a spacious 20‑tatami‑mat hall that felt like a nostalgic school‑trip dormitory and was a lot of fun. Since we booked a bed‑only stay, bringing our own food was fine; it helped to shop before check‑in so we could eat at leisure. The front desk area provides a microwave, electric kettle, coffee, tea and green tea for unrestricted use. The owner was extremely kind and homely, making me want to return. The only issue was that the large hall didn’t have an attached bathroom.

“Genial”

Since we arrived, the owner was very friendly and did everything she could to make us comfortable. The facilities are typical of Japan, giving the stay an authentic feel. Everything is very clean and well‑maintained, with no missing details. The small private onsen is a luxury after a whole day of walking and biking around the lake. We were lucky to see Mount Fuji from our room. I definitely recommend this place if you want authentic, clean accommodation with attentive, friendly staff.
