I stayed at this place and found it to be a great spot. The owner was reachable for any questions and consistently went the extra mile. The room was cozy, and the climate control was effective—neither too hot nor too cold—with a remote‑controlled fan. Every morning I received a well‑made breakfast, delivered personally, with all the expected high‑quality items. My group of eight, mostly couples, would recommend this location. The two levels offer a nice view of the forest, and the distance to the beach is just right—about a 15‑minute walk, which is better than sleeping with traffic noise. “Great value for money and nice lagoon and Sunrise and sunset views”

As a solo traveler, I had a pleasant stay at Star Rest Surf Camp. The staff—especially Marafi and Ansa—were welcoming and friendly. The hostel stayed clean, and the private bathrooms were consistently tidy, which I appreciated. The chill‑out area with fans helped beat the heat, and the on‑site coffee shop served excellent coffee. The atmosphere was social enough to meet people but not overly party‑like. I would stay here again.

“Great Stay and Helpul Staff”

The location is ideal—right next to the main road but not noisy. The garden is beautiful and peaceful, perfect for meeting people, eating, or having a drink. The owners are super helpful, always ready to assist, and very friendly. The cleanliness is excellent and all the amenities are available. I will definitely return.

“I felt like a home”

I truly enjoyed the warm, warm‑hearted, and welcoming atmosphere of this place. I had the pleasure of staying here and even got to surf with the staff, who are surf instructors and were delightful from start to finish. If you’re looking for a place close to the sea, with surfing opportunities and surrounded by kind people, go for it! I highly recommend this spot; they’re amazing. ===REVIEW ROOM=== Everything was great, just the room itself was a bit cramped.
