The property no longer exists under the name I booked. When I went to check in, I learned the hotel had been sold, was being refurbished, and had a new name. I spoke to the new owner on the phone, who told me I wasn’t the first to run into this problem and that it had been happening for a while. You’d expect this to have been checked before now.

I couldn’t get in, was left stranded, and had to drive back to Perth. I’m very disappointed.

Awful—don’t book this hotel. It doesn’t exist. We arrived this week and the hotel was closed, with no staff around and no service for guests. I’ve wasted my money and am waiting for a refund from a currently noncommunicative company. Avoid at all costs.

I booked the hotel, but it was shut down for renovations, so I had to find another place at the last minute.

The property was closed for renovations, so there was nothing to like; on top of that, I was still charged for services I couldn't use.
