Great pillows, a huge room, a great bed, a great shower with good pressure, and a great location right near the train station. The only downside was a strong cigarette smell in the room, probably coming through the AC vents; there are no smoking signs everywhere, so people either ignore the rules or sneak in.

The hotel gave us three rooms without windows, even though the online description said they had a view, and some rooms were marked as “no window.” I’m asking for a refund of CNY 99 per room because rooms with real windows should have been upgraded. I’ve used the booking platform for years without issue, and my friends who also booked through it were equally puzzled by this situation. I hope to receive a reasonable response.
