Everything met my needs, and I have nothing to complain about.

The room space and the restaurant offering three meals were good, but the TV had limited movie channels.

The air conditioning felt new and silent, yet the hotel was very old with outdated facilities and dim lighting. I stayed on the ground floor and, at night, a huge worm‑like gongolo tried to enter my room. I arrived Saturday night and there was no duvet or thicker blanket. I left early Sunday with the bed made, but later that afternoon the room had been cleaned and a black strap was hanging from the sheet. When I checked, it was a used female intimate item on the bed I had slept on. I went to reception, the lady thought it was mine, and after I told her I wouldn’t sleep on that sheet she swapped it. It felt very unsettling—either someone entered after I left or the item was already between the wall and the sheet and I missed it. I felt unsafe and the hotel’s hygiene was severely lacking. I have photos; the cleaning lady posted them in their work group after I complained, yet I left without any response. Also, my room had a view of the pool and restaurant, and on both days I was woken early by people sitting under my window chatting and waiting for breakfast. The hotel should not allow use of those tables before 6 am. On Monday before 7 am, an employee was sweeping the corridor, splashing water. The broom noise was loud; when I went out for coffee I had to lift my dress to avoid getting wet and slipping because it was so slippery with soap.

The structure feels a bit old; the rooms’ windows don’t lock properly.
