I could soak in Yuda Onsen at leisure and recover from a long trip; the breakfast had a variety of small dishes, freshly cooked rice, and a fresh fried egg that I enjoyed while sitting. No issues.

The water quality was excellent and the facilities were just the right size for a relaxed stay; they can arrange a shuttle to the station if requested. It would have been better if the shuttle service was highlighted on the booking site, since I only learned about it after checking in.

The old hotel in Yamaguchi had very friendly staff, but the beds felt hard.
