I was extremely disappointed with my experience. My reservation was confirmed and already paid on Booking, and I had even called the hotel two days before to reconfirm. Yet upon arrival, I was told the hotel was full. The on‑site staff were unprofessional and offered no solution, forcing me to find alternative accommodation urgently. When I called the number provided by the app, I was told it wasn’t their responsibility. This lack of organization and communication is unacceptable. I paid for a service that wasn’t honored, and I do not recommend this management.

The owner’s endless kindness and conversations, the generous breakfast (savory and sweet), and the excellent food were all wonderful. Most of all, the authentic atmosphere in this typical guesthouse was special.

Location – GPS: 34.065962, -4.977551 (a very good spot for exploring the city and staying in Fes). The room consists of two spaces (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds and a sofa for seating; the space can be used as a living room during the stay). The bathroom has a small shower with a sink (adequate for bathing and washing). The toilet is outside near the terrace and equipped with a washing machine. The terrace has a few tables with a beautiful view of the medina – a good place for evening gatherings and conversations. Breakfast is very good and abundant, prepared by the owner. Summary: A super place. The owners are very helpful with various matters. A family atmosphere. I highly recommend this place and the contact with the owners.

The traditional establishment is clean and well maintained. The manager is very welcoming and friendly, can arrange airport transfers both ways, offers cooking classes, and even picks you up at the medina entrance to join the Riad. There’s the option to dine on site, and a hearty breakfast is included.
