The location is super chill and friendly, close to a top‑quality butcher, bars, restaurants, and a gym called Crunch. The beds are comfy, the kitchen faces the street, and you can grab your food, people‑watch, or do whatever you want. I don’t remember any negatives; maybe they don’t exist.

“Very poor customer service. I’m blocked for complaining!”

The spot is convenient and the concept is clever. I booked a queen pod a month ahead after staying once before, but when we got there at 10:30 pm we were told only two single pods were left, one up a steep ladder that I couldn’t climb because of atrial fibrillation. My wife took that bed. I texted for a 50 % refund, but they said my reservation didn’t guarantee a “request” and denied any refund, even though the host JAHRED supposedly offered one. I tested their claim by trying to book a queen pod for the next six months and every date was “SOLD OUT”; they blocked me. Having worked in high‑end resorts, this treatment is unacceptable.
