The location is easily accessible, security was good, the room was neat and spacious. The staff member who welcomed us was too serious.

Mimosa Mall, Mediclinic, eateries, Toyota Stadium, Rose Garden are all just a stone’s throw away. The host Thabiso was friendly and greeted us warmly; we’ll always be grateful. Not much else, just noisy cars on the busy streets, but of course nothing can be done.

The room was stunning, spotless, and roomy, and I liked that it was right next to the mall. The bed, however, was terrible; I couldn't sleep for two nights and it felt like it was no longer a bed—please replace it.

The staff were unprofessional and unprepared to welcome guests, so I had to book another guest house because of their lack of professionalism. I booked through your app, but when I arrived the place was not even clean enough to accept new guests.

Everything about the place is amazing—the location, facilities, utensils, communication. It will always be my first priority when visiting Bloem. At around 10 a.m. we ran out of water and couldn’t shower.
